The Exhaust System

We have worked on a lot of 300ZX cars turbo and non turbo. We believe that a dual 2.5 inch sports exhaust system provides the best combination of performance and sound in both regard. This system can be made from the turbo back (for the turbo models), from the cat converter(s) back or from the manifold back (if the car was not made with a cat converter.

The Turbo Back System

Beginning from the turbo(s) we run a dump pipe into the hi-flow cat converter(s). The system continues from the cat back in 2.5 inch piping to two straight through performance mufflers. The system is available in mild or stainless steel and can be press or mandrel bent.

Stainless Steel Cannons

A popular choice recently has been to finish the system using stainless steel cannons. Our stainless steel cannons are straight through mufflers that come highly polished and made from high grade stainless steel. They deliver a distinct style and sound to the new system.

Hi-Flow Cat converters

If you want to go all out and have the complete flow, we suggest replacing your standard cat converters with our hi-flow cat converter. With a greater surface area than regular cats our hi-flow cats will create less restriction and encourage more flow. Combined with the new performance exhaust system, the hi-flow cats will aid an awesome flow.
